White and red grape must concentrate obtained with our vacuum system; this product is amber-coloured and has a typical bitter taste contrasting with the high sugar content.

RECTIFIED GRAPE CONCENTRATE (MCR)
for oenological use

Grape must is first rectified, then vacuum concentrated. The result is a dense, colourless and transparent liquid, totally undesired substances free; The rectified grape concentrate does not cause alterations in finished products.
